Hereditary Evil Raiser,[note 1] or simply HER,[note 2] was a condition affecting humans.
History
HERs were studied by scholars, theorized to carry "malice".[note 3] According to one scholar, one could tell if someone was good or bad by looking between their eyes and eyebrows. People that carried malice, however, were exceptions.[1]
